Kalindi Khal Pass is a high altitude pass located in the Garhwal Himalayas at an elevation of 5950 meters at the base of Kalindi peak. The majestic pass connects Gangotri and Badrinath Dham. The trek starts from the town of Gangotri and passes through an adventurous trail taking you through captivating meadows, high altitude natural lakes like Vasuki Tal and Arwa Tal, rugged glaciers, snowfields, and rocky terrains. Trekking equipment like rope, ice axes, and crampons will come handy in Kalindi Khal Pass trek.

Day 00
Overnight Journey to Haridwar
We will depart by 10:00 pm to reach Haridwar by 06:00 am the next day to continue our forward journey.
Day 00

Day 01
Haridwar to Gangotri
We will start for Gangotri by 07:00 am. Traveling by river Ganga and we will have our meals on the way. After reaching Gangotri by evening, we will interact with team members and the co travelers.
Day 01

Day 02
Gangotri to Bhojwasa via Chirbasa
We will start early to visit the goddess Ganga temple and then start the trek. Crossing various streams will reach Chirbasa. Further ahead The trail not only goes through rugged terrains along with the Bhagirathi River but also climbs up to rugged mountains. Bhojwasa is a vast open expanse of land in the valley, situated at an elevation of 3,800 meters above sea level. Overnight stay will be in the camps at Bhojwasa.

Day 03
Bhojwasa to Tapovan
With an early start, we will walk on moraines for many kilometers with a constant view of Gaumukh Glacier from distant. After climbing the ridge covered with snow we will reach Tapovan. Tapovan campsite is located at the foot of Mount Shivling, just a glance of this mountain is a priceless gift of this trek.
Day 03

Day 04
Tapovan to Nandanvan
As we start the trek early, today's trek will go through rocky ridges, crevasses, icy sheets, steep ascents and beautiful green valley. The 8 kms trek will take us to Nandanvan where we will camp for the night.

Day 05
Acclimatization at Nandanvan
he day is reserved to let the body acclimatize well with the increasing altitude. Relax through the day, enjoying the beautiful views of Shivling, Bhagirathi, Thelu and Sudarshan peaks.
Day 05

Day 06
Nandanvan to Vasuki Tal
Today we will head to Vasuki Tal after an early breakfast. Crossing the Chaturanga Parbat, we will reach Vasuki Tal, which is a small half frozen lake at the base of Mt. Satopanth. Overnight will be spent in the camps here.
Day 06

Day 07
Acclimatization at Vasuki Tal
Another day for acclimatization. We will spend a relaxed day at Vasuki Tal with views of Meru, Bhrigupanth, Satopanth and Vasuki Parbat.
Day 07

Day 08
Vasuki tal to Khara Patthar
The trek today to Khara Patthar will go through moraines and thick snow beds. Khara Patthar is all surrounded with moraines. We will camp in one of the moraines only for the night.
Day 08

Day 09
Khara Patthar to Sweta Glacier
Its going to be a little challenging day today as we start the trek post breakfast. We will walk through steep moraine tracks today. Night will be at the windy Sweta glacier, surrounded with lofty peaks of Bhagirathi, Gangotri and Shivling.
Day 09

Day 10
Sweta Glacier to Kalindi Khal Base Camp
A gradual climb through mountain and glaciers will take us to the Kalindi Khal base camp. We will camp, eat and sleep early to rest well for the challenging day ahead.
Day 10

Day 11
Kalindi Khal Base Camp To Raja Parav via Kalindi Khal
Its going to be the most challenging and difficult day of the trip. We will start our trek at 02:00 am today. Trekking through a tough trail of thick snow, hidden crevasses, ascents and descents, we will reach Kalindi Khal top. The majestic views will be totally worth the sweat. After spending sometime at the top, we will descend down to Raja Parav to camp for the night.

Day 12
Raja Parav to Arwa Tal
We will trek through the glacier trails today so we will have to start early before the glacial waters start rising. Night will be spent camping by the beautiful Arwa Tal lake.
Day 12

Day 13
Arwa Tal to Ghastoli
After spending days in white snow, finally we will head to the green lush meadows of Ghastoli. We will camp amidst the green meadows and enjoy the peaceful green scenerary.
Day 13

Day 14
Ghastoli to Badrinath via Mana
After breakfast we will start our trek to the Mana village. Its going to be a long walk of 18 kms but and easy one. After reaching Mana, we will drive to Badrinath, where we will visit the holy shrine and spend the night.
Day 14

Day 15
Badrinath to Joshimath
With a lazy breakfast, we will drive to Joshimath today. After reaching there, you may choose to just rest or visit Auli. Night will be spent at the guesthouse.
Day 15

Day 16
Joshimath to Delhi via Haridwar
We will start our journey back to Haridwar after breakfast by 09:00 am. On reaching Haridwar, we will have dinner and board the bus to reach back Delhi the next day.
